关于实行非现金收取领事证件费用的通知

  中国驻达沃总领事馆将于2021年5月11日起实行非现金方式收取领事证件费用,各类费用改由BDO银行代收。申请人办证手续如下:

  一、申请人(含申办护照、旅行证、签证、入港许可等各类领事证件业务)到总领馆领事办证大厅递交证件申请材料。

  二、总领馆工作人员受理办证申请后,为申请人开具取证单,并提供书面“交费须知”(详见附件)和相关银行单据,协助申请人掌握交费流程。

  三、如递交材料后3个工作日内未接到总领馆工作人员电话通知,申请人可凭填妥的银行单据到任意BDO银行网点足额交纳费用。交费后请务必妥善保管银行单据。

  四、请于取证日当天持银行单据和取证单到总领馆领取相应的证件。

  为确保收费方式调整平稳过渡,特设一定过渡期。2021年7月1日之前,现金收费与非现金收费并行,从7月1日起,不再接受现金收费。

  Effective on May 11, 2021, the Chinese Consulate General in Davao will begin to implement cashless transactions for Consular Document fees. Payment shall be made with any branch of Banco de Oro (BDO). Kindly see below for the guidelines on the application of Consular Documents:

  1. The applicant shall submit the necessary documents for the application of the desired Consular Documents ( including passports, travel documents, visa and entry permits ,etc.) to the Consulate.

  2. After the acceptance of the application, the applicant shall receive 3 items from the Consulate staff: a pickup form, a payment notice, and a cash transaction slip.

  3. The applicant may proceed to pay the fees at any BDO branch 3 days after the submission of the application documents, if the applicant does not receive a call from the Consulate. Please keep the copy of the validated cash transaction slip given by the bank teller.

  4. On the releasing date, please present both the validated cash transaction slip and the pickup form.

  A transitional period shall be implemented before July 1, 2021. The Consulate will accept both bank payment and cash payment which pay directly to the Consular office during this period. After July 1, 2021, the Consulate General will no longer accept cash payments.
