On July 29, Consul General Zhao Xiuzhen met with Engr. Franz Gregory T. Naylon, head of the Tagum City Business and Incentive Center. Naylon outlined potential areas for bilateral cooperation and welcomed Chinese companies to invest in Tagum City.

Consul General Zhao Xiuzhen noted that China and the Philippines have broad prospects for cooperation in areas such as new energy development, infrastructure projects and Chinese-language education. She emphasized that both sides should further strengthen cooperation, deepen mutual benefit and trust, and expressed hope that the Philippine side would provide a stable business environment for investors.
