On October 30, Consul General Zhao Xiuzhen attended the China-Philippines Media and Davao Farmers Forum hosted by the Chinese Consulate General in Davao.

The event gathered over 60 participants, including representatives from 10 Philippine media outlets such as SunStar Davao and PTV Davao, journalist from Xinhua News Agency's Philippines Bureau, as well as local durian farmers and staff from Maylong Enterprises.

During the forum, Chinese and Philippine media representatives visited Maylong Enterprises, conducted interviews, and exchanged views with durian farmers on industry development and improvements in their livelihoods.
