关于启用中国签证在线填表和在线预约系统的通知

  根据工作安排,中国驻达沃总领馆将于2021年5月10日启用中国签证申请表在线填表和在线预约系统,现就有关事宜通知如下:

  一、在线填表。所有签证申请人请登录https://cova.mfa.gov.cn在线填写签证申请表,填写完毕后,请打印出签证申请表和确认页,本人签字后与其他签证申请材料一起递交。2021年6月10日起,总领馆将不再接收旧版纸质签证申请表。

  二、在线预约。持普通护照的申请人请登录https://avas.mfa.gov.cn预约到馆办理时间,并在预约时段携带申请材料前往总领馆递交申请,总领馆不再受理非预约申请。持外交、公务护照的申请人无需在线预约,可通过邮件与总领馆联系安排办理时间。

  受新冠肺炎疫情影响,总领馆目前执行疫情期间的临时性赴华签证政策,在线预约系统尚未对外放号,现有签证政策和安排请查阅2020年11月5日中国驻菲律宾使馆发布的《关于暂时停止持有效中国签证、居留许可的在菲人员入境的通知》。

  Notice on the Launch of China Visa Online Application and Online Appointment Systems

  According to unified deployment, the Chinese Consulate General in Davao shall start the online visa application system and appointment system effective on May 10, 2021:

  1. APPLICATION: All visa applicants are required to fill in the online application form on the website of China Online Visa Application (COVA): https://cova.mfa.gov.cn. After completion, please print out the online application forms and sign the confirmation page, which shall be brought along with other visa application documents to our consular office. From 10 June 2021 onward, the previously used Visa Application Form of the People’s Republic of China will no longer be accepted.

  2. APPOINTMENT: Ordinary passport holders are required to book appointments on the website of Appointment for Visa Application Submission (AVAS): https://avas.mfa.gov.cn. Applications shall be submitted to our consular office on the date of appointment. The Consulate General will cease to accept applications without appointments.

  Diplomatic and official passport holders do not have to book appointment through AVAS. They may complete and print out the online application forms and make appointments via email in advance.

  Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the special temporary visa policy has been implemented. For details, please refer to the Notice on the Temporary Suspension of Entry into China by Non-Chinese Nationals in the Philippines Holding Valid Chinese Visas or Resident Permits dated November 5, 2020. The system of Appointment for Visa Application Submission (AVAS) is temporarily not open for appointments under this circumstance.
